Hybrid Flooring Installation
In the bedroom, we installed a custom hybrid flooring product designed to replicate the look of natural hardwood while offering enhanced durability and moisture resistance. This material combines a resilient wear layer with a high-density core, providing the appearance of wood with improved performance in residential environments.
The hybrid flooring system features a drop-and-lock installation method, allowing for efficient installation without the need for adhesives. This approach reduces installation time while maintaining a secure and stable finished surface.
Bathroom Renovation & Tile Installation
As part of the renovation, we demoed and redesigned the entire bathroom to improve both functionality and aesthetics. The new flooring system includes high-end, rectified porcelain tile with anti-slip properties, selected for durability and safety in a moisture-prone environment.
In the shower, we installed porcelain plank tile across both the floor and walls to create a cohesive, modern look. The installation required precise layout and alignment to maintain consistent spacing and clean lines throughout the space.
Shower System Construction
Our team completed a full shower system installation, including building up the marble shower curb, installing the shower pan, and properly preparing the substrate. Special attention was given to sloping the shower floor to ensure proper drainage and long-term performance.
