Project Overview
Selene Towers is a luxury residential high-rise defined by refined interiors, elevated amenities, and meticulous detailing throughout its shared spaces. East Coast Flooring (ECF) was selected to execute a highly customized flooring scope focused on premium carpet, specialty rugs, wood flooring, and upscale gym surfaces—all installed in some of the most visible and design-driven areas of the building.
This project emphasized craftsmanship, precision, and material coordination, with a particular focus on creating warmth, comfort, and visual distinction in amenity and circulation spaces.
Corridor Carpeting – Custom Broadloom Installation
- ~3,300 square yards of custom broadloom carpet installed in residential corridors
- Installed using a double-stick application for enhanced stability, comfort, and longevity
- Penthouse corridors upgraded with heavier, more luxurious carpet construction
- Including offices and secondary spaces, total carpet scope approached ~4,000 square yards

Corridor carpeting in luxury residential towers must perform acoustically, wear evenly, and maintain a premium appearance over time. The double-stick method provides superior dimensional stability and underfoot comfort—especially critical in long, continuous corridors.

- Large statement rugs inset into wood flooring in the 4th-floor amenities area

Inset rugs require precise coordination between flooring materials, substrate preparation, and rug fabrication. Tolerances are tight, and even minor errors become immediately visible.

Wood Flooring – Feature Areas & Custom Parquet

- The most complex work involved a custom parquet wood installation in the 4th-floor amenities area

Fitness Center – Woven Sheet Goods
- Installed woven sheet flooring throughout the gym
- Chosen specifically for its upscale appearance, avoiding the standard black rubber look
